Luxe Spa Agreement & Policy

Deposit: $200 non-refundable deposit required to secure booking. Cancellation Policy: Deposit refundable if canceled within 24 hours of booking; non-refundable after 24 hours. Guest Count: We will contact you 48 hours before the party to obtain final headcount. Arrival: Guests should arrive 15 minutes early to ensure the party start's on time. Special Requests: Submit any special needs in advance. Spa Services: Start promptly; treatments provided in rotation. Late arrivals may receive reduced services. Food & Beverages: Pizza for your party guests is included in the party package. We will contact you 48 hours before the party to obtain any additional food requests. Luxe Spa provides all party items, including plates, beverages, and decorations. The only item you need to bring is a cake or cupcakes.
